Annual Architectural Poker Run

The Foundation hosts an annual poker run that highlights significant structures around the Oklahoma City metro area. The poker run will feature various architectural works that are historic and architecturally significant. The purpose of the poker run is to showcase architecture in our state. The poker run includes five designated stops with a BBQ dinner and prizes at the 5th location. The 2012 Architectural Poker Run is set for Saturday, November 3.

KIDesign

KIDesign is an introduction to architecture and design in the world around us. 1st through 6th grade children will participate in various activities as they learn, create, and design their own projects with members of the local architectural community. KIDesign is held each April during Architecture Week.

OKLAHOMANMADE Architectural Photography Competition

The Oklahoma City Foundation for Architecture hosts the OKLAHOMANMADE Architectural Photography Competition each spring. The competition highlights the beauty and diversity of the built environment in Oklahoma. The focus of the competition is on architecture or some element of the man-made environment. The subject matter is also required to be located in the State of Oklahoma. Entrants can enter under four categories: Category 1: Architects and Intern Architects, Category 2: Oklahoma Students, Category 3: General Public, and Category 4: Professional Photographers.
